You can only go just one or two without having water. That alone should remind anyone how important it is to stay hydrated.
The idea is: there is absolutely no mysterious cure for the common cold. All you have is your personal good sense and good preventative procedures like keeping clean, resting a lot and drinking a good amount of water.
